Non-customized Product Orders: May take up to 5-7 business days to process and 2-3 business days to ship. We are not responsible for USPS/UPS shipping delays or lost packages. But, we'll do our best to ensure your provided a tracking number after the item is shipped and add a signature required at time of delivery.

Customized Embroidery Product Orders: May take 3-4 weeks to process and 2-3 business days to ship.
